Job Overview
Financial Earned Value (EV) Analyst – Lead financial execution and earned value management for the AMRAAM D4/C9 Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Contract, a 52-month effort supporting modernization of critical AMRAAM subsystems.
Location:
Tucson, AZ (1151 E Hermans Rd, BLDG 848). The role is onsite with a focus on transparency and open communication.
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required to obtain & maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional team for contractual EVMS submissions, including monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) and baseline updates.
- Analyze EV metrics (weekly/monthly costs incurred) and provide leading‑indicator guidance to program and business management, external stakeholders, and the customer community.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the business and government counterparts, fostering relationships that improve execution.
- Partner with program leadership and cross‑functional partners (PMO, supply chain, contracts, engineering, security, USG, etc.) to drive execution and influence change.
- Support financial forecasting for the portfolio and manage the financial lifecycle from proposal through contract close‑out.
- Bachelor’s degree (or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience) in a related field; or minimum 5 years experience in a relevant role.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong presentation, communication, and professional skills.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, and to influence without authority.
- Ability to obtain & maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience supporting DoD development/production programs.
- Experience with financial forecasting and risk & opportunity management.
- Experience with SAP (incl. PRISM MRP).
- Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts.
- Direct communication with Government customers.
- Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
