• Rate Range: $79/hr - $98/hr W2 (Depends on experience and benefits chosen)

  Tucson, AZ 85756 (no relocation package)
• Clearance:
  Active Secret Security clearance issued by the Department of Defense
• Duration:
  12+ month contract
• Schedule:
  
  9/80 (every other Friday off)

Geo Logics is seeking skilled engineers to lead hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, mechanical hardware design experience, system integration skills, and a strong background in program execution and production support.

• Proven experience with concept definition through detailed design, transition to production, and production support.
• Hands‑on expertise with 3D CAD design tools and related product data management tools.
• STEM degree with 5-10 years of experience.

• Experience in design, fabrication, and integration of electronic assemblies, shelter assemblies, power distribution equipment packaging.
• Demonstrated team player, a self‑driven leader with excellent collaboration skills, interpersonal skills, and positive interactions in a teaming environment.
• Prior leadership of small to mid‑sized technical teams.

Bachelor Degree required. Must have a STEM degree with 5-10 years of experience.
