Overview
We are looking for an RF Design Engineer to join our Tucson-based engineering team. The successful candidate will help develop advanced RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave products for defense, aerospace, SATCOM, radar, electronic warfare, and next-generation communications applications.
The engineer will be responsible for RF design, EM simulation, prototyping, test, validation, and production support. This role requires a strong foundation in microwave engineering, hands-on laboratory experience, and the ability to translate customer requirements into manufacturable high-performance RF hardware.
The ideal candidate has experience with high-frequency components such as filters, diplexers, switched filter banks, mixers, couplers, antennas, phased-array modules, or RF front-end assemblies. Experience with EW, SATCOM, radar, aerospace, defense, or mmWave systems is highly desirable.
