Position: Qualified Party (A-General Engineering License)
Our client, a growing mining and heavy civil contractor, is seeking a Qualified Party (QP) to support and qualify their Arizona A-General Engineering Contractor License. This role is ideal for an experienced mining construction professional who meets Arizona licensing requirements and has a strong background in heavy civil and mining-related projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the contractor's licensing and operational requirements while providing technical expertise and oversight on mining construction projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Serve as the Qualified Party for the Arizona A-General Engineering Contractor License.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for mining and heavy civil construction projects.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable Arizona regulations, industry standards, and licensing requirements.
• Review project plans, schedules, and construction methodologies.
• Support project teams with engineering and construction best practices.
• Participate in project reviews, client meetings, and regulatory discussions as required.
• Assist with maintaining contractor licensing compliance.

WHO YOU ARE

• Must qualify as a Qualified Party for the Arizona A-General Engineering Contractor License.
• Minimum 4+ years of mining construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience with heavy civil, mining infrastructure, earthworks, site development, or related engineering construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, project execution, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arizona-based candidates preferred; remote arrangements may be considered depending on qualifications and licensing requirements.
