Responsibilities- Lead a team of Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) engineers in integration and flight test efforts for the Integrated Fires Protection Center (IFPC).
- Ensure all program SI&T activities are correctly scheduled, resourced, and effectively supported to meet program and customer milestones.
- Manage a team of SI&T engineers that support development efforts, launcher integration events, and program flight test for IFPC.
- Control manpower planning and growth of the SI&T team, including proposal and planning efforts.
- Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements.
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test meets specifications.
- Collect, analyze data, and provide detailed reports of results.
- Create and modify documentation for formal testing reviews, such as Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Support field testing and travel (typically one- to two-week periods) as required.
- Support Proposal and Engineering Approval Consultation (EAC) activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Mathematics) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Hardware & Software Integration experience, preferably on military platforms.
- Integrated Product Team Lead experience, including developing test plans and procedures.
- Experience evaluating requirements with Verification & Validation methods and using lab/field test equipment.
- Direct customer engagement experience and expertise in establishing and configuring labs, including spread benches, Hardware-in-the-Loop setups, and emulators.
- Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience creating integration and verification strategies.
- Experience in Cost Account Manager (CAM) role and ability to gain PM certification within six months.
- Electrical Engineering background or exposure.
- Experience in RF Datalink Telemetry, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms.
- Experience in Effectors & Systems of Systems background.

Salary range: 101,000 USD – 203,000 USD. Compensation is determined by role, responsibilities, and experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and other benefits. Annual incentive compensation may be offered based on performance.
