- Develop and maintain RF and EE‑related system and subsystem level requirements and interface specifications, focusing on decomposing and allocating higher‑level system requirements into RF subsystem requirements.
- Provide systems engineering technical expertise in RF/EE integration, verification, validation, troubleshooting, and failure investigations.
- Lead technical discussions and formulate action plans by leveraging subject‑matter experts across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Lead technical conversations with the customer and suppliers.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of experience in one or more of the following technical domains, or an advanced STEM degree and a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the following technical domains: systems engineering, architecture, and/or design; RF sensor sub‑systems requirements, integration, and verification; algorithms and signal processing related to RF subsystems;
electronics (RF circuit card assemblies, subassemblies, complete systems) requirements, integration, and verification; configurable logic, firmware, or VHDL architecture, design, development, integration, and verification related to RF subsystems; and experience performing requirements definition, decomposition, and changes. - Experience capturing system requirements and maintaining system requirements.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Understanding of and experience across the Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle.
- Ability to perform trade studies to optimize system performance.
- Experience evaluating and mitigating technical risks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience giving technical briefs or presentations.
- Work experience in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with MATLAB, C, C#, C++, or Python.
Relocation eligibility. Salary range $96,000 - $200,000 (good‑faith estimate). Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Additional benefits depend on business unit and collective‑bargaining agreement. Eligible for annual incentive compensation programs where applicable.
