Principal Test Systems Integrated Product Manager – Onsite, Tucson, Arizona.
Job PurposeThe role leads a multi‑discipline engineering team, provides technical and execution oversight, and manages multiple projects for a program. It partners with other functional organizations and maintains strong relationships with the program office and customers.
Security Clearance & CitizenshipU.S. citizenship is required. Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued DoD Secret clearance required prior to start. Ability to obtain interim clearance is required.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate a team of multi‑discipline engineers.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure execution of project deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects within a program, including schedule, budget, and performance.
- Partner with functional teams to align engineering activities with program objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with program office and customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and program management.
- Experience in Test Systems Engineering or equivalent, covering hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance.
- Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Experience with budget, schedule, and Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes and generation of financial performance reports.
- Experience generating Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) for Test Systems Engineering programs.
- Experience managing multi‑discipline teams.
- EVMS certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent to Raytheon PM Level‑6 certification.
- Demonstrated IPTL experience collaborating with program office, cross‑functional teams, and internal/external customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present analytical and performance results to functional leadership.
- Experience with small/medium program execution and understanding of engineering development, transition to production, production, and maintenance.
- Experience with proposal capture and contract processes from RFP receipt to contract close‑out.
- Knowledge of Automation Test Equipment / Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) functionalities.
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies.
Salary range 107,500 – 204,500 USD. Qualified for incentive compensation programs dependent on level and coverage.
