Principal Test Systems Integrated Product Manager

Position

Principal Test Systems Integrated Product Manager – Onsite, Tucson, Arizona.

The role leads a multi‑discipline engineering team, provides technical and execution oversight, and manages multiple projects for a program. It partners with other functional organizations and maintains strong relationships with the program office and customers.

U.S. citizenship is required. Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued DoD Secret clearance required prior to start. Ability to obtain interim clearance is required.

• Lead and coordinate a team of multi‑discipline engineers.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure execution of project deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects within a program, including schedule, budget, and performance.
• Partner with functional teams to align engineering activities with program objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with program office and customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and program management.
• Experience in Test Systems Engineering or equivalent, covering hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance.
• Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Experience with budget, schedule, and Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes and generation of financial performance reports.
• Experience generating Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) for Test Systems Engineering programs.

• Experience managing multi‑discipline teams.
• EVMS certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent to Raytheon PM Level‑6 certification.
• Demonstrated IPTL experience collaborating with program office, cross‑functional teams, and internal/external customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present analytical and performance results to functional leadership.
• Experience with small/medium program execution and understanding of engineering development, transition to production, production, and maintenance.
• Experience with proposal capture and contract processes from RFP receipt to contract close‑out.
• Knowledge of Automation Test Equipment / Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) functionalities.
• Understanding of Agile Methodologies.

Salary range 107,500 – 204,500 USD.
