Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineering Lead to join their team in Tucson, Arizona. This hybrid role combines hands-on engineering and team leadership responsibilities. You will lead a manufacturing team and work on process development and improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with global partners.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 5 years of experience. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential, along with a strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
