Job Overview
Test Equipment (TE) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) – Miniature Air‑Launched Decoy (MALD) Program, Tucson, AZ. The role leads multidisciplinary teams to develop, integrate, and test TE, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance meet program objectives. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a multi‑disciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, software and systems engineers, and support personnel.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge transfer across IPTLs.
- Provide status and technical updates to program management, chief engineers, customers and other stakeholders.
- Act as Control Account Manager (CAM) for the test equipment, monitoring and controlling cost and schedule.
- Drive timely execution of engineering scope to address design challenges and align priorities with the program and prime teams.
- Mentor engineers and share program process knowledge to build team capabilities.
- Manage priorities, workloads and development projects.
- Follow TE development processes and procedures, ensuring the Technical Data Package (TDP) is released on time.
- Participate in proposal efforts, develop estimates and collaborate with program managers and chief engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and ≥8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing Technical Data Packages (TDP) and coordination across multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Control Account Manager (CAM) certification and experience developing project plans and managing cost and schedule.
- Active, transferable U.S. Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to brief senior program management and customers.
- Familiarity with test equipment development and missile defense programs.
- Experience working in a production environment with factory teams.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
Salary range: $107,500
USD – $204,500
