Seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to support the development of complex Radio Frequency (RF) products and Radar systems. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing suppliers, and ensuring technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment.

• Organize and lead RF hardware development teams for Transmitter, Receiver, and Exciter circuit card assemblies (CCAs), Seekers, AESAs, antennas, radomes, Radar and RF subsystems.
• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Provide technical management and oversight of suppliers, including interface on design, build, deliveries, and issue resolution.

• Minimum 5years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3years experience in STEM.
• Experience in product team leadership, including project task definition, assignment, and Earned Value Management.
• Experience in RF/Radar hardware development: requirements definition, design, and testing.
• Advanced degree and experience in RF/Microwave Engineering, Antenna Engineering, or Radar Systems.
• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage engineering projects from conception to production.
• Knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, schedule management, and proposal writing (BOEs).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for supplier engagement or customer meetings.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD (base).
