Operations Manager
Position:
Capital Integrated Product Team Lead – Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department.
Location:
Tucson, Arizona. This is an onsite position requiring U.S. citizenship and an interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date.
- Manage cost, schedule, planning and execution for capital projects, including lab equipment, procurement, hardware‑in‑the‑loop equipment, software development areas (SDAs) and hardware labs.
- Coordinate with planning, finance and leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of facilities staff, contractors, engineers and technicians.
- Provide technical guidance, direction and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate and communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers and external business associates.
- Work closely with property management for asset tracking.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Program Manager Certification Level 6 or equivalent, with experience managing cost, schedule and execution for capital or technical programs.
- Experience planning, managing and leading onsite teams, directing procurement activities and receipt of material.
- Ability to obtain an interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance before start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience leading a multi‑discipline team in a matrix environment focused on execution.
- Experience in lab or facility development to support engineering activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in a high‑pressure/high‑profile environment.
- Experience in risk and opportunity management.

Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD (based on experience).
