Principal Engineer - Stinger Blk Missile Production -Up-Round IPTL; Onsite

• Lead the All-Up-Round (AUR) Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Stinger Blk I Missile Production program.
• Drive execution of work scope per the program schedule and set objectives and priorities for sub-IPT leads.
• Communicate status, accomplishments, issues, and assistance needs to program and business unit leadership.
• Manage the team budget and schedule, ensuring cost goals and milestones are met with technical rigor.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager on earned‑value management, estimated‑at‑complete (EAC) calculations, and report business metrics.
• Provide program leadership and support to sub-IPTs and collaborative partners.
• Lead engineering support for the production of the legacy Stinger Blk I missile to meet a challenging schedule.
• Review and conduct failure investigations, implementing corrective actions and ensuring proper technical rigor.
• Provide technical direction, expertise, and review for Technical Data Package (TDP) maintenance.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Coordinate with other IPTs to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplined hardware engineering team.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
• Experience with supplier management of sub-systems.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Prefer experience with program management tools such as Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Prefer experience driving technical failure investigations and production resolutions.
• Prefer advanced degree in STEM.
• Familiarity with the Stinger Blk I Production Program.

Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required. U.S. citizenship is required.
