• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques.
• Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques.
• Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques.
• Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH.
• Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).

Relocation Eligibility.

Salary range for this role is 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
