In this role, you will take over the construction management for demanding projects in plant construction and infrastructure – from industrial plants to energy and utility systems as well as construction infrastructure components.

• Leadership and supervision of construction and installation work on complex industrial and infrastructure projects
• Ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines, including reviews of method statements, risk assessments, and construction or project-related approvals
• Control and coordination of all construction-related trades, partners, subcontractors, and internal interfaces (engineering, quality, operations, CQV)
• Organization of assembly and logistics operations, including interface management for large plant projects
• Monitoring of execution in terms of quality, budget, deadlines, as well as technical and regulatory requirements
• Participation in project walkthroughs, validations, or construction acceptances, as well as documentation of all relevant changes

• Completed degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction or installation management, preferably in industrial plant construction, energy, process industry, or complex infrastructure projects
• In-depth understanding of safety-relevant and technical standards
• Strong organizational skills and experience in managing parallel construction phases or large projects
• Communication and leadership skills, as well as a structured, solution-oriented approach in interdisciplinary project teams
