Location: Tucson, Arizona (US-AZ-TUCSON-805).
Security Clearance: Secret required; must obtain Interim clearance prior to start. U.S. citizenship required.
Salary Range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation; execute tests in simulated and real-world environments.
- Support the unique buildup of test assets, including documentation, physical completion, and certification of readiness.
- Plan and execute tests at various hardware levels, including electromagnetic interference, live battery, RF, electrical operation, and physical properties such as weight, center of gravity, thermal, and vibration.
- Plan and execute integration efforts of effector systems with customer subsystems and launch platforms in laboratory or field settings.
- Plan and execute flight test missions, manage telemetry monitoring, and coordinate with customers, military, and test range for safety, security, and logistics.
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging; support failure reporting, corrective action, and fault tree analysis.
- Collect and analyze data to verify system performance and produce detailed reporting.
- Create and modify technical documentation for reviews such as Test Readiness Review, Consent to Ship, and Test Data Review packages.
- Collaborate across company functions, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Lead a small team in integration and test activities.
- Support occasional travel to test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations, up to 25% of the year.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration and test, platform integration, or flight test missions.
- Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical problems.

Leadership experience leading integration and test teams. - Preferred:
Experience on military platforms (aircraft, ships, ground). - Preferred:
Technical documentation experience (trade studies, test plans, procedures, reports). - Preferred:
Presentation skills managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers.
