Raytheon - RF Antenna and Radome Engineer

TEXAS:
Raytheon Technologies – Entry‑Level RF Engineer – Tucson, AZ (Onsite)

• Develop antenna or radome hardware requirements.
• Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.).
• Collaborate with antenna manufacturing suppliers.
• Model and simulate antennas on workstations and high‑performance computing resources (HPC).
• Interpret simulation or measurement data to verify performance against requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Experience or coursework in RF and electromagnetic theory.
• Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, or GRASP.
• Knowledge of designing GPS antenna systems and conformal antennas.
• Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or similar high‑level scientific languages.
• Experience with high‑performance computing environments and schedulers such as SLURM.
• U.S. citizenship required; U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start.
• Preferred: ABET accreditation and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Salary Range: USD 57,200 – 108,800 per year.
