Senior Systems Sustainment Engineer – AMRAAM Program Integrated Logistics Support
Life Cycle Engineering is seeking a Senior Systems Sustainment Engineer to support the AMRAAM Program Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead and execute tasks in ILS, Sustainment Analysis, and Sustainment Planning.
Responsibilities- Provide general engineering support and product sustainment activities for developmental and legacy programs.
- Act as a liaison with all engineering disciplines (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Test, Materials and Processes, Structural, and Design).
- Perform supportability analyses and recommend long‑term product support, including spares, maintenance procedures, and parts/materials substitutions.
- Develop and update technical documentation and training materials.
- Ensure technical integrity, quality, and adherence to standards of In‑Service Support (ISS) products for logistics, provisioning, field support, intermediate and depot level maintenance through peer reviews, program reviews, design reviews, failure review boards, investigation teams, and working groups.
- Conduct and coordinate customer‑facing training events.
- Travel domestic and/or international up to 25%.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with engineering, logistics, sustainment, training, technical documentation, depot management, and/or ordnance management.
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date.
- Experience developing technical documentation and training materials.
- Broad knowledge of ILS processes, sustainment, and supportability principles.
- Understanding of Technical Data Packages (drawings, parts list, interface control documents, electrical schematics).
- Experience with EAGLE publishing system, Logistics Product Data‑S1000D, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM), and provisioning.
- Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD (good faith estimate).

Security Clearance Requirement: U.S. citizenship is required. A U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) with the ability to obtain an interim clearance prior to the start date is mandatory.
