Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview

Next generational aerospace company seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year. This role is responsible for the design, development, integration, and validation of electrical and electronic systems for aerospace platforms, including aircraft, spacecraft, or related subsystems.

• Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for aerospace platforms.
• Integrate and validate systems to meet aerospace standards and safety‑critical requirements.
• Lead engineering activities, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in certification processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within aerospace or defense.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system design, power electronics, analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with aerospace electrical standards, safety‑critical systems, and certification.
• Proficiency with tools such as Altium, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics, MATLAB/Simulink.
