Citizenship: U.S. citizen required for security clearance (Secret level, active). Security Clearance:
DoD Secret, active and existing after day 1.
- Analyze engineering drawings, associated documentation, and quality standards to develop manufacturing work methodologies, instructions, and illustrations.
- Generate and document the "as-built" configuration by capturing the build bill of materials (BOM).
- Ensure quality, cost, and schedule compliance for engineering hardware.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and performance.
- Perform BOM analysis, procure components, generate material status reports, request components from engineering stores, and manage disposition of quality discrepancies and non-conformances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least two years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with complex processes and tools, including inventory control and material procurement databases.
- Experience performing supplier quoting and interface activities to support procurement and supply chain functions.
- Active and in-scope U.S. security clearance of Secret or higher.
- Interpret engineering drawings and hierarchy definitions to develop accurate and actionable work instructions.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined and dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in a direct customer‑facing role.

Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
