Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr on W2

Job SummaryThis role applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, system architecture, and implementation across complex engineering assignments. You will contribute to design concept generation, design reviews, development and testing, reliability assessments, and system‑level interaction analysis. The role requires independent decision‑making and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You will also support manufacturing process development and lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root cause and propose engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and validate test methods (TMV), DoE, and perform advanced data analysis (Python preferred).
- Work with digital sensor outputs and analyze resulting datasets.
- Design and build test beds for system evaluation.
- Apply strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system and component issues.
- Create and execute comprehensive testing plans.
- Perform hands‑on testing and document results.
- Author detailed technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including collection, documentation, and summarization for development partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments strongly preferred.
- Medical device industry experience is ideal.
