Electrical Engineer
The Bike Shop department is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in an engineering environment to co-develop engineering hardware in accordance with customer and internal requirements, as well as industry standards. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects to bring design concepts to fruition, providing rapid engineering, fabrication, and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
This position is an onsite role
What You Will Do
- Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Flight Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a test range
- Support and collaborate with multidisciplined teams in rapid reaction prototyping
- Creating and/or support with technical data packages (systems / mechanical / electrical drawings)
- Troubleshooting issues and anomalies with hardware and/or software, to identify root cause and implement and verify solutions
- Utilize CAD software tools for circuit design, schematic capture, and PWB design (Altium, CREO, Mentor Graphics etc.)
- Utilize circuit simulation tools (LTSpice, Cadence PSpice and TI)
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience with any of the following: RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in a professional setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance, such as ships, ground combat systems, fixed and rotary wing aircraft
- Experience with instrumentation and collection of large data sets, including the application of scripting or automation to data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in a direct customer facing role
