The Bike Shop department is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in an engineering environment to co‑develop engineering hardware in accordance with customer and internal requirements, as well as industry standards. Candidates will collaborate with multi‑disciplined design teams across multiple projects to bring design concepts to fruition, providing rapid engineering, fabrication, and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
What You Will Do- Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Flight Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a test range
- Support and collaborate with multidisciplined teams in rapid reaction prototyping
- Creating and/or supporting technical data packages (systems / mechanical / electrical drawings)
- Troubleshooting issues and anomalies with hardware and/or software to identify root cause and implement and verify solutions
- Utilize CAD software tools for circuit design, schematic capture, and PWB design (Altium, CREO, Mentor Graphics etc.)
- Utilize circuit simulation tools (LTSpice, Cadence PSpice and TI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in a professional setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance, such as ships, ground combat systems, fixed and rotary wing aircraft
- Experience with instrumentation and collection of large data sets, including scripting or automation for data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in a direct customer‑facing role
This position offers relocation. Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
