Position Title:

Radar Cross Section (RCS) Range Radar Operator

• Operate instrumentation radar during the collection of RCS measurements.
• Calibrate the radar system.
• Perform regular health and quality testing of the radar system and subsystems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in the radar system.
• Conduct annual review of the Range Book and update as required.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Support target configuration and test set‑up.
• Analyze radar data.

• Experience supporting RCS measurement testing.
• Understanding of radar system operation.
• Test asset configuration and mounting.
• Test plan generation.
• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Preferable STEM background in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.
• DoD Secret clearance status:
  Active and existing security clearance required on day 1.
• Top Secret clearance preferred.
