What You Will Do
- Function as a Production Electrical Team Lead on a Production Program leading the Electrical Team while supporting cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Provide technical support of 5-10 engineers, with a focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor, mentorship and training, etc.
- Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization.
- Direct involvement with and or support of design reviews, schedule risk, red rack burn down, supplier coordination, documentation, compliance, testing and validation, peer reviews and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
- Travel Requirements: less than 25% annually.
- Shift Information: 1st shift, onsite.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience
- RF, analog, digital, and or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and or digital signal processing, debugging, failure investigations. Knowledge of FPGA integration and implementation preferred.
- Production engineering experience involving design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting of missile hardware, including systematic problem solving, failure investigations or Root Cause and Corrective Action.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills creating and presenting technical content to cross-functional peers, leaders, suppliers and customers.
