Raytheon is seeking an experienced Obsolescence Hardware Team Lead for a missile production program in Tucson, AZ. You will mentor up to three engineers, oversee technical tasks, ensure design integrity, and coordinate with tech leads, PMs, and operations to resolve production challenges.
Required are a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5+ years in production engineering; RF/analog/digital circuit experience is preferred, with a strong focus on obsolescence mitigation and problem solving.
