RTX's Naval Power (NP) SBU seeks a Technology Director in Tucson, AZ to lead technical development and R&D for a portfolio of missiles. The role is 100% onsite and requires engagement with senior leaders, multiple engineering teams, and external customers.
You will drive system architecture, oversee IRAD activities, mentor engineers, and coordinate with program leadership to meet cost and schedule with a solid technical baseline.
