Sargent Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Design Engineer I to join the Hydraulic Valves & Mechanisms team in Tucson, AZ. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and collaborates across units to deliver robust and timely design solutions for customers.
Responsibilities include performing stress/FEA analyses, applying GD&T, and creating designs that meet customer specifications. A BS in mechanical engineering and experience with ANSYS/CREO are preferred; U.S. citizenship is required.
