Stormbreaker Systems Test Integrated Product Team Lead ; PTL

Overview

Raytheon’s Strike Initiatives seeks a Systems Test IPTL (Sr. Principal, Systems Engineering) to lead the Storm Breaker Lot Integration and Test program in Tucson, AZ.

• Lead and coordinate major efforts for System Test, Flight Test, and Qualification.
• Drive transition of systems from development to production readiness.
• Facilitate working groups with customer stakeholders, focusing on execution plans and mitigating risks.
• Execute monthly CAM responsibilities to ensure schedule and ETC accuracy.
• Prepare and present materials for program‑level meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with technical and program leads to execute program tasks and address scope gaps.
• Support system performance analysis, simulation, and software verification activities.
• Enhance, update, and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead and participate in failure investigations, providing RCCA.
• Mentor early‑career engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a STEM degree.
• Expertise in at least one of the following:
  System Test/Flight Test, GNC or Signal Processing, Systems Engineering architecture, requirements development, or verification.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience transitioning systems to production readiness.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (prior to start) and U.S. citizenship.

• Familiarity with Test Equipment development and missile defense programs.
• Experience working in a production environment and collaborating with factory teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior program management.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.

Onsite role located in Tucson, AZ. Requirement: U.S. citizenship and existing U.S. Secret security clearance.
