RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer–Missile Guidance, Navigation, and Control for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will contribute to embedded flight code, system performance studies, and agile backlogs.
This role requires a BS in a STEM field and 8+ years in GNC, signal processing, or modeling/simulation, plus experience leading teams and obtaining a U.S. security clearance. You will work on RF/EO-IR processing and Monte Carlo assessments, and mentor junior engineers.
