Role Summary
The Systems Integration and Test (SIT) Advanced (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). in the Effectors Center is seeking a System Engineer and Integration lead on a program in Advanced Technologies Sub Strategic Business Unit Advanced Air Warfare Systems. The individual will lead activities composed of members from multiple disciplines from the planning to the successful completion of multiple flight tests.
This position is an onsite role in Tucson AZ. Remote work is not possible.
What You Will Do- Responsible for the planning and execution of the program’s milestones.
- Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary engineers to develop schedules and plans.
- Manage and present to stakeholders and customer community in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
- At least one of the following:
- Lead requirements development from top‑level specification flow down to all lower‑level specifications.
- Lead the integration, verification, and testing in the lab or the field to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.
- Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary engineers to develop schedules and plans to build, test, deliver subsystems and all‑up‑round and/or flight test events.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience in at least one of these areas:
- Development and verification of requirements.
- System integration and test experience planning/executing build‑up and/or flight test.
- System integration and test experience with Hardware in the Loop.
- Experience leading teams.
- Experience developing and conducting milestone meetings (e.g., Consent to Build, Test Readiness Review, Consent to Ship).
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Experience with software systems engineering.
- Experience with systems security and safety.
- Earned Value Management certification.
- Collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines, such as safety, system security, software quality, software configuration management, and data management.
- Experience with MBSE / MOSA.

- Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
