Engineering Technician

Employbridge is seeking an Engineering Technician to support a manufacturing facility in Tucson, AZ designing engineered-to-order irrigation pump stations and enhancing engineering throughput. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding production schedules.

• Assist with the design and development of irrigation pump stations.
• Generate production drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and 3D models.
• Create customer approval drawings using Solid Works.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, materials, and quality teams.
• Manage design projects and support continuous process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or currently pursuing an Engineering degree.
• 1–5 years of engineering experience with mechanical design proficiency.
• Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes.
• Experience creating 3D assemblies and 2D production drawings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision.
