Technical Subject Matter Expert
You will act as technical subject matter expert across related engineering fields for all technical matters in development, qualification, integration and transition to production.
You will provide technical assessment, fact-finding and information reporting (written reports and presentations) throughout product life cycle.
You will monitor development and production metrics (schedule, cost, technical), exercise sound judgment and advise leadership concerning the accuracy, completeness and risk associated with the data.
You will identify gaps in resources, available information, or deviation from performance to plan objectives, and recommend approaches for mitigating risk and resolving problems.
You will assist with the development of technical process instructions, standard operating procedures and plans related to product development, production and in-service projects.
You will exercise leadership, mentorship, and management of other engineers assigned to the projects.
