Project Overview:
Provide power/analog test, analysis, simulation, and design engineering support for circuit card assemblies.
Position Overview:
The Analog Design Engineer will perform analysis, simulation, testing, and design support for circuit card assemblies in the power, analog electronics, and/or motor controls domains. This role will be responsible for developing well-documented technical analyses, designing and testing functional circuit cards, creating electrical schematics, and producing simulation results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and power electronics, hands-on circuit design experience, and the ability to identify and address technical risks throughout the design and development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical analysis and design of circuit card assemblies.
- Support analog electronics, power electronics, and/or motor control applications.
- Develop and execute circuit simulations to validate designs and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform testing and analysis of circuit card assemblies.
- Develop and modify electrical schematics.
- Support PCB design and circuit implementation.
- Document engineering analyses, test results, simulations, and design decisions.
- Identify lingering technical risks and work toward effective resolutions.
- Complete assigned engineering tasks and deliverables on schedule.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technical teams as needed. Key Deliverables:

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Strong experience with analog electronics
- Experience with power electronics and/or motor control electronics
- Circuit simulation experience
- Experience documenting technical engineering work
- PCB design experience
- Experience using schematic capture tools
- Experience using electrical simulation tools Desired
Qualifications:
- Experience with Saber modeling and simulation tools
- Experience with Mentor schematic capture tools
- Additional experience in circuit card design, development, and testing
- Core Technical Skills — Non-Negotiable

Success in this role means consistently completing assigned engineering tasks and deliverables on time while producing thorough, well-documented technical work. The successful engineer will also proactively identify lingering technical risks, support effective testing and troubleshooting, and help deliver functional, tested circuit card assemblies.
