The Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) Department develops guidance section electronics architectures for development programs, supports subsystem analyses, integration and test, provides program leadership as well as GPS/IMU support. We partner with several Electrical Engineering Departments that provide the detail designs of our electrical products. We are seeking entry-level candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today's cutting-edge technology to develop electrical subsystems.

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot electronics in a lab or production environment, performing system and circuit level analysis, subsystem integration and test, supporting failure investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.
• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.
• Failure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation.
• Performing analog and digital circuit analysis and characterizing and modeling electrical signals of electronics subsystems in simulation.
• Identifying and instantiating circuit card and subassembly design updates.
• Conducting integration & test at the subassembly level.
• Develop interconnect models between various subsystems.
• Generate test procedures/plans and document test results.
• Generate and present task results to small technical teams.
• Potential travel to test areas for support/troubleshooting issues, less than 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
• Experience with writing and/or executing test procedures.
• Basic lab or other experience with one or more of the following: RF, analog, digital, mixed signal, circuit design or analysis

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations and FRACAS processes.
• Knowledge and experience with Material Review Board, Process Configuration Board, Configuration Control Board and Failure Review Board processes, proposing/defending and implementing Change Notices.
• Experience with test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control.
• Experience with oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, power meter.
• Integration and test of electrical hardware/subsystems.
