We are looking for a visionary and technically strong Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10 Design Engineers within our Rigid Frame Trucks Engineering Organization . This team is pioneering the development of next-generation mining equipment, solving complex engineering challenges, and delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of the industry.
As the Engineering Manager for Light Structures , you will guide a team responsible for design, analysis, and value chain collaboration across the Large Mining Trucks and Dynamic Energy Transfer product lines. You will oversee both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI/NSI/Maintenance) initiatives.
What you will do:Strategic Engineering Leadership :
Direct and execute engineering initiatives that align with long-term organizational goals.
Product Lifecycle Oversight :
Provide technical guidance from concept through end-of-life for product designs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Foster a one-team culture with engineering, platform, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
Performance Excellence :
Drive safety, quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency across all engineering processes.

What skills you will have:Technical Excellence:
Demonstrated engineering expertise in light structures, heavy structures, or analytical domains . Proven involvement in major New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. Hands-on experience with Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) efforts.
Managing People :
Knowledge of processes involved in managing people; ability to lead successful teams and diligently address issues related to performance and conflicts at the workplace.
