TSMC Arizona is seeking a Facility VDC/BIM Engineer to join our new fab design in Phoenix. You will co-work with trade partners to manage 3D models for facility systems, ensure model quality, and release constructible models on time. The role emphasizes space management, design coordination, and BIM tool proficiency.
Candidates should have a B.S. in a related field, knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks, and strong communication;
English fluency is required. Mandarin is a plus but not required.
