The Opportunity

You will be working on cutting-edge projects, developing next-generation materials, and integrating advanced signature control techniques into our defense systems.

What You Will Do
  • Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
  • You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
  • Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
  • Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
  • Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques (preferred).
  • Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques (preferred).
  • Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques (preferred).
  • Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH.
  • Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
