WhatYou Will Do
- Work closely with the Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Business/Estimating, and Supply Chain to manage successful execution of contracts.
- Provide guidance to senior management regarding contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and risk mitigation.
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAA).
- Review Estimates at Completion (EAC).
- Conduct proposal reviews and coordinate customer responses.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Support program management and execution reviews.
- Develop Intellectual Property and investment strategy.
- Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies.
- Minimal domestic travel required.
- Contract with multiple Government and non‑Government customers via traditional and non‑traditional contract vehicles.
- Take an active role in the growth of yourself and others to meet both career and organizational goals.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
- Experience related to contracts management, program management, project management, supply chain, procurement or similar
- Experience with US Government Contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS)
- Active, in‑scope and transferable U.S. government issued Top-Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience managing development contracts in a fast pace competitive environment
- Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification
- Familiarity with contract types;
