Discover opportunities to make a difference s is an Entry Level Role onsite in Tucson, AZ As a member of our elite Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team, we want you to develop embedded security solutions to protect the Warfighter’s technology advantage.
Systems Security Engineering creates holistic security solutions leveraging Anti-Tamper (AT), Cyber Security, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection Implementation on embedded weapons systems.
Support the implementation of Systems Security Engineering (SSE) solutions in Raytheon products to define requirements, solutions, trades, costs, and implementation strategies Conduct attack threat modeling and Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies
Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date. Experience / coursework with one or more of the following:
System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity, Embedded Systems Security, Embedded Hardware, Embedded Software, Real-time Embedded Systems Experience may be obtained through job experience, research, coursework or projects
Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields Applied engineering experience or coursework with exposure in one or more of the following domains: systems engineering, software or firmware development, systems integration and/or test, ASIC development, digital electronics design, model-based systems engineering, or similar work history. Experience supporting DoD programs or a working knowledge of DoD directives such as DODI-S-5230.28 Expertise in attack threat modeling and Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments Active/Current DoD security clearance Exceptional creativity, problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills Prior internship, co-op, or work experience.

This position requires ability to obtain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
