You will drive MIL-STD-1472–compliant HFE programs, work with customers and IPTs, and guide system safety and usability across the lifecycle.
You will mentor engineers, support proposals, and travel up to 20%. The role requires 8+ years in HFE/HSI with a STEM background and DoD experience.
