Valet Position

Our Valets are an active and high‑energy position. They are responsible for a variety of different customer service tasks and help assist as much as possible. The Service Valet will also be responsible for moving a guest’s vehicle to the appropriate area for the next step. Valets are a crucial role to provide a "white-glove" level of experience for our guests.

• Greets customers as they arrive in the service drive and determines appointment status.
• Determines who the Service Advisor is and notifies him/her of the customer’s presence.
• Washes vehicles’ windshields and places protective seat covers and driver’s side floor mats in each vehicle.
• Moves vehicles to various locations on the lot as directed by Service Advisors.
• Completes key tags for customer vehicles and updates parking lot space number as necessary.
• Prepares vehicles for delivery to customers by removing protective mats and seat covers, inspecting vehicles for fingerprints, grease, etc. and cleaning as necessary.
• Assists the Cashier in the rental car process by moving rental cars, reporting mileage, gas gauge indicator and cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Cleans designated areas of service buildings as directed by the Service Manager.
• Maintains a professional appearance.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have an impressive work‑ethic
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
