Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and dependable Temporary Event Staff to support upcoming events in Tucson, AZ. This part-time opportunity is a great fit for candidates who enjoy working with people, staying active, and helping create a positive guest experience in a busy event environment. As Temporary Event Staff, you will assist with guest welcome, check-in, event setup, way finding, and general event support.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, reliability, and positive communication. This role offers variety, flexible temporary assignments, and the chance to gain hands‑on experience in event operations, hospitality, and guest services.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout the event.
- Support event setup, breakdown, and organization of guest‑facing areas.
- Assist with registration, check‑in, guest direction, and general information.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and guest‑ready event spaces.
- Work closely with event staff, vendors, and team members to support smooth event operations.
- Complete additional event‑related duties based on the needs of each assignment.
- Compensation: $32,136 per year.

Part‑time, temporary event assignments. - Event dates, shift times, hours, and specific duties will vary by assignment.
- Assignments are offered based on event needs and candidate availability.
- Assist with guest services, check‑in, registration, and event support.
- Help with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining organized event areas.
- Provide clear directions and general assistance to guests during events.
- Work as part of a team to help events run smoothly and professionally.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Customer‑service focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout a shift.
- Able to work effectively in a busy event setting.
- Previous event, hospitality, guest services, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
