What

You Will Do
  • Support development of cost‑plus contractual EVM contracts.
  • Provide critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain.
  • Partner with Program Management and cross‑functional leads to support program execution.
  • Support all program financial aspects including monthly financial performance reporting.
  • Develop EACs and execute EVM processes.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to management and peers.
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) when interfacing with all levels of the company.
  • Experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.
  • Ability to drive change and influence beyond authority level.
  • Experience and understanding of the program business role, APEX, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts.
  • Experience managing multiple DoD contracts.

Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
