Lead all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, balance sheet management, and compliance with GAAP and credit‑union regulations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with senior management to provide financial insight that drives strategic decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a financial institution, including at least three years as a Controller or equivalent role.
• Hands‑on experience with automated general ledger systems, budgeting, financial statements, and investment portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and credit‑union regulatory and tax reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tableau.
