Job Overview
Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – Full‑Time.
Location:
6450 N Swan Rd Suite 126, Tucson, AZ. This role will support a financial advisor or a team of advisors, helping clients achieve long‑term financial goals.
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare materials for meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes. - Technology:
Demonstrated computer literacy; willingness to learn new software (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided tools).

Hiring minimum: $21.38; hiring maximum: $23.14 per hour. Pay is complemented by discretionary and variable compensation, including bonuses based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance.
