• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams to ensure accuracy of monthly reporting submissions
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in developing insights on project performance trends
• Track open roles and support headcount planning across departments
• Prepare financial support for internal and external audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience with month‑end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems; ERP or BI tool experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements or reporting automation is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
