Responsibilities

  • Triage client leads, make referrals to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals.
  • Build comprehensive financial plans incorporating brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals and financial center clientele.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and appropriate product services.
Required Qualifications
  • Current Series 7 & 66 license (Series 63 or 65 in lieu of 66). If holding 63 or 65, must pass missing series within 60 days.
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Strong goal‑setting and achievement skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with confidence engaging all clients.
  • Capability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and seek optimal solutions for clients.
  • Efficient time and capacity management.
  • Thorough and thoughtful incorporation of regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.
  • Compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements; required to register and maintain status.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bi‑lingual in Spanish.
  • Strong computer skills with multitasking ability in a demanding environment.
  • At least three years of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment with goal achievements.
  • Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Insurance licenses obtained.

Position Details

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday with rotating Saturdays. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40. This position is open for the entire market; the specific Financial Center location will be determined based on business needs. New hires may start in a phone‑based capacity while awaiting a determined location within a reasonable commuting distance.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
