• Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis.
• Implement tools with a focus on process improvement.
• Support Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance; perform variance analysis; develop quarterly Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE); prepare EVMS CDRL (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR).
• Conduct data analysis and develop variance statements.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, challenging environment while multi‑tasking.
• Minimum of two years of professional finance or accounting work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Active Secret U.S. security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, PRISM, or AO reporting.
• Experience using For Project.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player who contributes new ideas.

• Position grade: P2, Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls.
• Onsite role: primary onsite work required.
• Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
• Salary range: $66,000 – $130,000 USD.
