Direct Lender with In-House Processing & Broker Flexibility

We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work with a company that offers the advantages of both a direct lender and broker platform, giving you the flexibility to provide competitive solutions tailored to your clients’ needs.

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business, referrals, and company-provided opportunities. Company provided leads will be limited.
• Guide borrowers through the initial loan application process
• Collect and submit minimum required documentation at application
• Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the early stages of the loan process
• Build and maintain referral partner relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals
• The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for taking the application and collecting the minimum required documentation at submission.
• Once the file is submitted, our processing team takes over and manages the loan through disclosures, processing, coordination, and handoff to closing.
• This structure allows our Loan Officers to spend more time originating loans and less time managing administrative tasks.

• Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain one)
• Mortgage origination experience preferred
